Pastor Bruce Hooks was ordained to preach the Gospel in 1987. Along with his wife, Lady Edna Hooks, the two founded Abundant Life Christian Center in 1991, in the city of Bay Minette, Alabama. His example of love, faithfulness, and commitment to his wife Lady Edna brings hope to marriages today.

He has been called and chosen by God to be a Kingdom Voice in the city of Bay Minette and the surrounding areas. He is known throughout the city as a Kingdom leader, family man, and a loving Pastor. His spiritual parents are Bishop Levy and Pastor Delia Knox, of Living Word Christian Center International Ministries, of Mobile, Alabama.  He has served under their covering since 1998.

Pastor Bruce serves as the Chaplain of the drug court in the city of Bay Minette. He is also a part of the Mayor’s Prayer Team.  Pastor Bruce is the Founder of Kingdom Connection Fellowship. A fellowship where local churches come together to build relationships in the body of Christ. He is a vital part of Alabama Teen Challenge, an international faith-based drug rehabilitation program, located here in Bay Minette, Alabama.

His unique ministry of restoration brings hope and healing to the body of Christ. His heart is to see God’s people established in truth, walking in their full potential, and discovering their God-given Destiny.
